About TowardPi
TowardPi Medical was founded in 2017, with its core technology originating from Tsinghua's scientific and technological achievements transformation. It was cultivated and incubated by Tsinghua Industrial R&D Institute, and the core technical team is composed of dozens of professors and graduates from Tsinghua University majoring in electronics, biomedical engineering, and precision instruments. Based on Tsinghua's technology platform, TowardPi Medical has created a series of frontline high-end medical equipment. The company currently has more than 300 employees, including more than 100 staff in the R&D team, with an annual R&D investment of nearly 100 million yuan.TowardPi Medical has established R&D centers in Beijing and Shanghai, as well as manufacturing bases in Beijing, Suzhou, and Tianjin. The product line covers ophthalmic OCT, surgical microscopes, ultra-wide-field fundus cameras, optical biometers, etc and there are product lines such as ophthalmic femtosecond laser and phaco-vitrectomy under development. Currently, TowardPi products are exported to dozens of countries around the world.
