21st June, a new TowardPi SS-OCT system was installed in ChongQing DaPing Hospital. It was the 50th installation in China. A brand-new name surprisingly took approximate 20% annual market share of high-end OCT domestic market, plus 100% share of super premium OCT market (unit price around RMB 3,000,000), amongst all the famous international brands. And it’s been only 3 quarters since product launching after receiving NMPA (CFDA) approval last September.

100-400KHz speed, 24mm width OCTA, 6-14mm depth, 3.8um optical resolution… we earned the users' recognition with hard power but not luck. To match the fast-growing orders, TowardPi’s new production base in Yungu Park Beijing has passed the inspection of NMPA recently, and put into running.

Founded in 2017, grew up to 200 employees enterprise, with R&D as the largest unit. Started with OCT, one of the most comprehensive technologies of ophthalmic industry, there are more products in the pipelines of development. 50 OCT units installation, is just the beginning of TowardPi’s long journey to the world.
