With the help of robust performance from TowardPi choroid boundary detection algorithm, a choroid thickness map can be generated automatically. That presents us with great potential in clinic and research.
12mm (Yalkaid) or 24mm (Bmizar) maps for different layers (inner, outer, retina, choroid, customized, etc.) provide values of thickness and volume in multiple sectors or grids. Accuracy can be verified from flying through mode in 3D or OCTA scan cube (fig2).
