(Summary description)Retinal vein anastomoses revealed by UWF SS-OCTA! The case report recently published in <Ophthalmology> described a patient with retinal venous-venous anastomoses associated with persistent high IOP. A 400kHz speed full range swept source OCTA (#BMizar, TowardPi Medical) was used in this case to acquire high-resolution 24mm x 20mm UWF OCTA image of the abnormal vein anastomoses. 24mm UWF high-resolution B-scans were captured to follow up the change of choroidal thickness after treatment. This case is authored by Dr. Nan Luo, Dr. Yuzhou Xiang, team of Prof. Jingjing Huang from Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center, Sun Yat-sen University.
