With the high-resolution intraoperative visualization of anterior chamber angle structure, two glaucoma surgeries were completed successfully with high precision by using 100KHz digital navigation surgical microscope (FOcean, TowardPi).
Case 1: Glaucoma drainage device implantation. During surgery, created a puncture at proper location with the assistance of iOCT (fig.1 A). Before concluding the surgery, the drainage device and its drainage function were visually verified (fig.1 B). After surgery, the IOP (intra-ocular pressure) of this patient decreased from 39mmHg to 11mmHg.

Case 2: Goniosynechialysis. With the guidance of iOCT, lysed the synechiae at the anterior chamber angle (fig.2 A before lysis. fig.2 B after lysis. gif.). After surgery, the patient's IOP decreased from 38mmHg to 16mmHg.
