49-year-old male, BCVA: 0.8, 14 yrs diabetes history, routine screen for Diabetic Retinopathy (DR). Large aberrant retinal veins were found at temporal side to fovea, which crossed the horizontal raphe. The abnormal vessels walked through the superficial vascular complex (SVC, Fig1) and extended in the deep vascular complex (DVC, Fig2).

Congenital Ectopic Macula with Optic Disc Rotation, OCT Angiography

Left eye monocularly, optic disc rotated counter clockwise, so were the distribution of nerve fiber layer and peripapillary capillaries. The macula shifted to the superior temporal of the disc. There's no special complaint of symptoms, and no treatment is applied. The patient was instructed to be followed up regularly.
