(Summary description)49-year-old male, BCVA: 0.8, 14 yrs diabetes history, routine screen for Diabetic Retinopathy (DR). Large aberrant retinal veins were found at temporal side to fovea, which crossed the horizontal raphe. The abnormal vessels walked through the superficial vascular complex (SVC, Fig1) and extended in the deep vascular complex (DVC, Fig2).
