(Summary description)An intraocular “secret eye” revealed by UWF SS-OCT! Case report recently published in <JAMA Ophthalmology> described a case of retinal detachment with a large retinal cystoid abnormality. A 400kHz speed full range swept source OCTA (BMizar, TowardPi Medical) was used in this case to easily achieve the high-resolution B-scan image of the detached peripheral retina.
