Acute Macular Neuroretinopathy after COVID-19
Patient complaints loss of vision after COVID infection. OCT B-scan (Fig1) showed local disruption of IS/OS, hyper reflection inner nuclear layer (INL) and outer plexiform layer (OPL). Flow density in deep vascular complex (DVC) dropped at corresponding lesion (Fig3, OS for example). Enclosed SLO images captured with the same OCT for reference (Fig4).
