Non-perfusion area (NPA) is one of the most important lesions in the management of branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO). This classic fluorescein angiography (FA) provides a nice observation of NPA in 55° field of view (FOV). Although OCT Angiography (OCTA) is relatively new technology, offering better resolution, segmentation and in a non-invasive way, smaller FOV is the most common complain comparing to FA. Let’s see how TowardPi 400KHz swept source OCT changes the game. 120° FOV from a single capture in 15 seconds, with much larger coverage, and incredibly great resolution.
