Anterior OCTA of A Traumatic Corneal Neovascularization

Anterior OCTA of a traumatic corneal neovascularization. Angioflow (top left) visualizes sharp details of conjunctival capillaries, two branches of new vessels located on both sides of the corneal zone. When we observe the B-scan image (bottom left) overlapped with the flow signal. It presents not only the structural damage and scars of the cornea but also clearly indicates the vessel is not originated from superficial but from iris tissue adhered to the endothelium.

In addition to the LSO image (bottom right), the structure EnFace (top right) offers better visualization of the shape and extension from the lacerated wound of the cornea.
