On April 7, Wang Hui, president of Kunming Contesun Eye Hospital, spoke at the conference and presented the "Experiences in Clinical Application of Global OCT" to the audience. At the beginning of his speech, President Wang praised the superiority of the domestically developed Tupai 400,000-times sweep OCT in various parameters, and said that it can obtain a single 24mm*20mm ultra-wide-angle imaging in 15 seconds, and lamented the value that the development of new technologies has brought to the clinic. On April 8, Professor Yu Xiaobing of Beijing Hospital delivered a keynote speech at the conference, sharing "New Experience in RVO Diagnosis and Treatment under the Guidance of Ultra-Wide-Angle OCTA". Professor Yu first described the technological development of OCT, shared the advantages of Tupai's 400,000-times scanning technology, which is faster, deeper, wider, and more comprehensive, and mentioned Tupai's unique algorithm for large choroidal vessels, and can provide a variety of quantitative tools: 2D vascular density, CVV, CVI, CSV, CSI, etc. In the subsequent case sharing, Professor Yu described in detail the classification of RVO and the ultra-wide-angle OCTA performance of different cases. First, a well-known domestic fundus professor explained how to use OCT/OCTA to diagnose fundus diseases, and gave students theoretical teaching such as in-depth analysis of retinal structure, and then led everyone to operate the machine to deeply explore the pathological changes represented by abnormal OCT/OCTA signals.
